PHIEZ is shared for free for learning and entertainment. In return, we ask you to respect a few simple rules below so that this playground stays healthy for everyone.

1. Purpose of use
PHIEZ (phiez.com) is provided completely free for users for personal purposes: learning, reviewing knowledge and having fun with mini games. By visiting and using the website, you agree to use it for personal purposes only.
We do not ask for payment in any form to use the current features of the website. Running costs are covered by advertising shown on the site (see the Advertising section below).
2. Ownership of content
All content on PHIEZ — including questions, answers, explanations, mini games, the interface, images, the logo and the displayed source code — belongs to PHIEZ or is used with permission, unless noted otherwise.
You may view, use for self-study, and share links to the website. Any copying, modification or redistribution of content beyond the personal purposes above requires prior written consent from PHIEZ.
3. Advertising
PHIEZ displays ads provided by Google AdSense. Ads are chosen and delivered by third parties; we do not control the full content of each ad and are not responsible for the products, services or websites that an ad leads to.
Please do not click ads just to support us. Clicking your own ads, encouraging or asking others to click, using automated tools to generate ad views or clicks, or any act that distorts ad figures is prohibited. How advertising uses cookies and data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
4. Accounts and personal data
You can use the site without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

5. Prohibited conduct
To protect everyone's interests and experience, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Copying content for business
Copying, backing up, redistributing or "repackaging" the questions, exams, interface source code or designs of PHIEZ in any form for commercial purposes — selling, renting, or including them in a paid product or service — is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of images and branding
Using the logo, the name "PHIEZ", the interface or screenshots of the site to advertise or promote other products, or to make others believe there is an affiliation or sponsorship, without written permission, is strictly prohibited.
Sabotage or attacks on the system
Any deliberate harmful act is prohibited: injecting malicious code, exploiting security vulnerabilities, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, mass data collection (scraping) that causes overload, or interfering with the normal operation of the system.
Impersonation
Impersonating PHIEZ or its developers, or creating a clone of the website that confuses other users, is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
PHIEZ is a personal project maintained voluntarily. Question content may contain mistakes; data (results, settings) is stored in your browser (Local Storage) and may be lost when you clear the cache or switch devices.
PHIEZ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for any damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the website. Results of quizzes and mini games are for reference and practice only.
7. Changes to these terms & contact
These terms may be updated over time to better reflect how PHIEZ actually works. The version in force is always published on this page, with the update date at the start of the page. Continuing to use the website after the terms change means you accept the updated content.
